  • The DE&I council member must complete the following pathways: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Ujima: An Introduction to the Black Experience, Diversity & Inclusion at BMO and Beyond, Nisitohtamowin ᓂᓯᑐᐦᑕᒧᐃᐧᐣ: Understanding Indigenous Perspectives in Canada, and BMO Without Barriers – Zero Barriers to Inclusion. Additionally, they are to complete the Count Me In Workday survey and be an active member of the council.
