Earners of the IXE Tier 1 Badge are able to understand the effects of their engineering work "down stream" when their designs are put into use. They are knowledgeable on BCA production and maintenance requirements in the areas of Production, Supply Chain and Customer Support and have a deeper technical breadth across the value chain that's aligned to the “π-shaped” engineer initiative. Earning Criteria

Badge earners must complete the required learning activities outlined in the Core, Production, Supply Chain and Customers pathways under the BCA Immersive Experience Degreed plan.
Badge earners must successfully pass the BCA Immersive Experience Tier 1 knowledge assessment with a score of 80% or better.
