Successful review of 4 endorsements: Advocate, Cross-Functional Leader, Manager and Executive. Endorsers will be asked to respond to questions based on the LX Philosophies and High Potential pillars of aspiration, learning agility, leadership and engagement.
Successful selection upon completion of structured interview using 4 questions to learn more about your demonstrated leadership potential as aligned to the LX Philosophies and Boeing Values.
