Black Belt Conversion - Cambridge Assessment
Issued by
Bourton Group LLP
Black Belt Conversion (BBC) delegates have bridged the gap between Green Belt (GB) and Black Belt technical competency. They can mentor other GBs on improvement projects and manage and execute their own BB level projects. BBCs are competent in data and process analysis, and advanced project management techniques. BBCs have practical soft skills of people management and coaching that enable them to supervise GBs and raise the profile of Lean Six Sigma throughout an organisation.
