(1) Application of equity literacy framework to their own practice, (2) examination of espoused theory and theory in use, including the application of a tool to guide critical reflection of their own practice, (3) participation in an applied experience on instruction, including working in groups to debrief the experience using the critical reflection process, (4) creation and submission of an action plan to revise or continue practices as informed by suggested equity-oriented practices.
