Participants will identify bright spots and areas of opportunity in their EPPs data use and continuous improvement cycles and be able to apply the tools from the workshop in their own programs. Additionally, participants will feel better prepared to explore data with stakeholders using visualization and guided questions.

Earning Criteria

The participant will explore the data toolkit to understand more about the available tools. The participant will apply these tools during the workshop as they discuss case studies and scenarios with their team and as they practice data visualization and interpretation together. The participant will reflect on what they learned and make connections on how those learnings can be applied to their EPP or their individual work.
The participant will examine a case study, respond to guiding questions, and make recommendations. Participants will submit their reflection and case study response for review of submissions and to ensure completion.
