Earning Criteria

Receive an accumulative score of 70% or higher by completing 1 final exam and a graded assessment. The graded assessment includes the completion of three short essays directed towards defining leadership, relating self-esteem and self-confidence to learners and developing their leadership skills, and finally, the creation of a classroom task that develops learners' leadership skills.
