Earning Criteria

Complete five individual coaching sessions focused on key personal and professional development goals, a pre-program 360° assessment, and other assessments offered throughout the program, and participate in five, two-day workshops spaced over six to eight-week intervals to allow for the implementation and practice of new or enhanced skills.
