The recipient of this badge has gained the knowledge of data-based decision making, and statistical analysis tools to address the objectives of each of the five DMAIC steps. Each Green Belt participant had learned to apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate defects and reduce waste as well as the ability to collect, analyze, and quantify data to enable process improvement.
