Students are nominated by Bucks County Community College for membership based on academic standing and leadership potential. The NSLS provides a step-by-step program for members to build their leadership skills. Upon completion of the program, members are formally inducted and receive their leadership certificate.

Provide life-time guaranteed membership fee to The National Society of Leadership and Success.

6 credits (or more) course work.

Attend an orientation and learn the steps of the leadership development program and the schedule of events for the semester.

Attend leadership training day to learn to identify goals and overcome obstacles and to identify true passions and strengths while creating action steps to achieve goals.

Attend three speaker broadcast events with leaders, celebrities and best-selling authors. Topics include leadership, identifying goals, facing challenges, personal growth, and successfully transitioning from college to career.

Participate in three team meetings to set goals for future success, to practice accountability, and to reflect on the team experience.

Bucks County Community College holds a formal induction ceremony which can be shared with family and friends. At this ceremony, students are presented with their Certificate of Leadership Training honoring their achievement and membership in the NSLS.
