The ACE Mentor skill badge validates students’ skills in mental health support, educational coaching, and career guidance for boosting academic achievement, engagement, and cultural competency among their peers. Mentors use this training to offer in-class support, helping students access campus services and make the most of academic and career planning resources. Participants will also explore equity, cultural wealth, and gain insights on feedback and reflection.
