CallMiner is offering a training and certification course to ensure your organization extracts the maximum value from your speech analytics investment; CMAC Training. The certification is a 5-day remote instructor led, hands on course that includes participant testing and thereby with passing scores, certification. This class is designed for a target audience of Dedicated Analysts (power users) with current system and analytics experience.

Earning Criteria

Candidate must have successfully completed all product training curriculum via instructor led training, e-learning modules or a combination of both.

Candidate must have fully completed official CallMiner Analyst Training or experience equivalent, along with 3+ months of full-time work using the Eureka Analyze platform and a familiarity with contact center or service center operations.

Candidate must possess strong language and analytical skills, root-cause analysis & attention to detail. Candidate must have solid collaboration & communication skills and demonstrate proficiency at multiple complex project deadlines.

Pre-assessment test will be administered to all registering attendees and must be passed with a score of 70% to ensure content proficiency prior to the class.

Final Assessment: Certification will be granted with a passing course score of 80% or higher (assuming all class assignments have been completed).

The CallMiner Analytics Certification course is held remotely once a quarter. Sessions will run from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time each day. Participants will need internet access to attend the remote instructor led sessions. It will be encouraged that participants have their cameras turned on (if possible) throughout the course to encourage engagement and connection between the class and the instructor.
