• Demonstrating a commitment to the role by regularly meeting with Heads of House and House Captains, and other relevant staff, regarding their role and promotion of House events. This promotion may take the form of written articles for newsletters, writing presentations / announcements for assemblies, creating and implementing House Programs such as House Round Robin, House Spirit Week, House Mentoring and new House activities.

• In conjunction with relevant staff, show initiative by supporting all House Captains and Programs (including House Visual Art, Dance, Debating/Public Speaking, Drama, Music, Sport, Technical and Literature Captains) to fulfil their roles and responsibilities by offering advice, guidance and assistance when needed. • Promotion and compering various House Events, in conjunction with other School and House Positions.

• Purposeful contact and support of each House, offering guidance for all Houses equally and stepping in when the need arises, ensuring a distributed leadership model. • Assisting the Deputy Heads of Senior School – Co-Curricular and Student Wellbeing, and Heads of House to develop and implement the School House Mentor Program including session planning, attendance, oversee allocation of students and evaluation of the program.
