Chosen by a panel of industry experts, the winner of the Senior High School Category and and inaugural Animation Award was chosen from hundreds of submissions from around Australia and now appears in the Videos for Change Global Showcase.

The video 'Quicksand' is an animation which reveals how coercive behaviour in a relationship can be abusive and damaging. Full of intricate symbolism, the video contains an original song and soundtrack and industry standard animation and storytelling. Chosen by a panel of industry experts, 'Quicksand' was awarded best video for the Senior High School Category and the inaugural Best Animation Award.
