Earning Criteria

Complete relevant online learning content on the LMS as it relates to COP within Capitec
Applied learning on the job as a domain subject matter expert; six months of community leadership on the relevant domain; applied best practice community management. The completion of the below criteria as it relates to leading a COP are mandatory for this silver badge, this includes (1) Define and review the domain, (2) Meet on a regular basis and share the outcomes with members, (3) Setup and maintain a virtual community, (4) Feedback on the value of the COP.
