The Impact in Learning & Teaching Awards (ILTAs) serve as recognition to individual staff or teams who have contributed greatly to the University's delivery of excellence in learning and teaching. Cardiff Met Schools nominate individuals who are outstanding pedagogically and who significantly contribute to the learning, teaching, and student success of the university. The ILTAs are awarded annually and represent those leading the field in learning and teaching at Cardiff Met.

Earning Criteria

The ILTAs are only available through annual nomination via your School at Cardiff Met, decided by those School Senior Management for nomination to the Quality Enhancement Directorate, then subsequently agreed and awarded internally.
