  • Complete the Academy Certified Resume Writer training program through Resume Writing Academy consisting of 8 hours of training.
  • Pass grammar assessment to identify common errors in career communications.
  • Complete assignment to format resume content and demonstrate mastery of Microsoft Word formatting options. Create designs that align with data on document readability by human eyes and comply with applicant tracking system requirements.
  • Write 5 resumes and cover letters from case study data to demonstrate an understanding of writing, resume strategy to address client challenges, and formatting to emphasize candidate strengths. This is an additional 32 hours of project-based work for a total of 40 hours in coursework.
