They are able to deliver interprofessional population health programs and services that promote health equity across the lifespan to a culturally diverse community population while upholding high ethical standards of practice.

Successfully completed the Interprofessional Collaborative Competency Attainment Survey (ICCAS) with noted improvement scores.

Identified and applied integrative health opportunities to enhance client wellness based in at least one of the three categories of social determinants of health: physical environment, social environment and individual characteristics/behaviors.

Produced a comprehensive case study, presentation, and/or poster offering multiple perspectives on Interprofessional teams with other health professional students (Physician Assistant, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Nursing)
