Earners are able to differentiate between emergent and non-emergent situations, and collaborate as a team to give appropriate interventions, while assessing for risk of suicide or harm. Earners of this badge demonstrate an ability to provide quality and empathetic care while working with those in their community.
Earning Criteria

Earners of this badge will participate in a simulation interview. At appropriate times, the team member will consult virtually for suggested interventions appropriate to the scenario.

The earner has participated in the after-simulation debriefing to review the interview and actions recommended by consultants.
