Organizational Culture in Healthcare: This course focuses on organizational culture as it affects health care delivery in large hospital systems.During a 3 1/2 day immersive residency students engage with staff at the Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth Medical Center,University Hospitals, and the Veterans Administration to learn about their unique culture. This allows students to understand the “best of each” and leverage organizational culture as a way to strengthen hospital strategy and operations.
