Earning Criteria

  • Must be an employee of Casey's.
  • Must complete series of 10 leadership development courses.
  • Participants must complete a book presentation and reflection paper.
  • Each participant must complete the Life Styles Inventory assessment and Personal Leadership Philosophy assessment.
