Emerging Leaders in Manufacturing is a two year program. Participants complete the initial two day ELM Immersion Workshop. Participants meet in seven half day peer to peer networking meetings throughout each of the two years that allow for hands on practice of their new skills via peer to peer learning and networking. Each meeting focuses on a topic that includes expert speakers, group discussion and exercises.
