Contractor Academy: Get a Handle on Your Project Costs

Earners of the Contractor Academy Project Costs badge will be able to estimate and prepare a bid, submit change orders, calculate earned value, process certified payroll, budget for and track material costs. They will be able to do basic construction accounting, use cost codes, produce invoices and lien waivers as well as submit applications for payment and schedule of values. They will be able to determine hard costs and manage cash flow.
