The badge earner has mastered the skills needed to effectively demonstrate the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) problem-solving process as well as the ability to collect data for and understand basic process behavior. The earner can build and interpret a process Run Chart and an operator Balance Chart with a target, calculate Takt Time and use a Check Sheet tool, and set up and use a PDCA experiment record.
