The CDSE Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Risk Management is designed to provide Department of Defense (DOD) employees with the skills they need to develop and execute responses to a wide range of challenges facing the DOD civilian and military members. This certificate is made up of four courses that facilitate an understanding of the major threats to the DOD, as well as the DOD cross-disciplinary security functions and fundamental concepts of research and statistics that support DOD.

Standards
Obtained a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited higher education institution; Must currently be either a U.S. Government civilian employee or a U.S. military service member; Must be a U.S. citizen; Must have successfully passed at least one CDSE Education course with a final score of 80% or higher; Must have an updated STEPP account.
