• Earners of this Badge have completed the train-the-trainer course requirements demonstrating proficiency in the areas of Centerra Gold's Work Safe | Home Safe Program, facilitating workshops, and awareness of the nuances and activities of live workshops. Successful facilitators have been observed, assessed and coached for continuous improvement by a training professional.
• Earners of this Badge have been observed and assessed by a designated training professional as competent in delivering the Work Safe | Home Safe Workshop in live workshop sessions.
