Earners have completed the Work Safe | Home Safe Part 1 training online via Centerra Gold's learning management system. Content includes the importance of Good Communication, reflection on Why Safety is Important, Centerra's Safety Journey & Commitment to Safety, Safety Behaviors, Safety Culture, Core Values, Safety Behaviors, and Stop Conversations. Earners have also completed the necessary Check-Point which includes completion and uploading of a STOP Conversation assignment. (Completion: 1hr)
Earners have completed the Work Safe | Home Safe Part 2 training online via Centerra Gold's learning management system. Content includes Hazard Identification, Tools for Safety, the Cost of Safety, and personal Safety Commitments. Earners have also completed the necessary Check-Point which includes completion and uploading of a Safety Commitment assignment. (Completion: 1 hr)
Earners have completed the live Work Safe | Home Safe session (online or in person) delivered by a certified WS|HS Facilitator. This three-hour session engages participants in discussion and reflection of the content covered and key learning outcomes of the online modules of Part 1 & 2. (Completion: 3 hrs)
