• Earners of this Badge have completed the train-the-trainer course requirements demonstrating proficiency in the areas of Centerra Gold's Work Safe | Home Safe Program, aspects of facilitating online training, and imperative skills in the technological aspects of online workshops as a training producer, in order to efficient troubleshooting and smooth delivery of an online workshop experience.
• Earners of this Badge have been observed and assessed by a designated training professional as competent in performing the duties associated with an online producer for the Work Safe | Home Safe Program.
