  • Completion of a comprehensive essay the evaluates concept synthesis through pre-designed questions eliciting retention and application of principles to professional settings and situations.
  • Skills needed to perform advanced IT functions for a large corporation.
  • Participants must answer the following essay prompts: 1) What is your preferred mode of communication in the workplace? Explain why. 2) Identify two positive and two negative experiences you have had working in groups. 3) Of the 9 power (Influence) tactics that was discussed, which two would you most like to use? Explain why. 4) Describe what you feel are two positive and two negative aspects of organizational politics.
