The Centre for Customs and Excise Studies (CCES) is the world’s leading provider of training, education and research in the highly specialised areas of customs, excise, and border management. Our higher education programs, which are offered through Australia’s Charles Sturt University, are formally recognised by the World Customs Organization as meeting its rigorous international standards for the customs profession. We also house the Secretariat for the International Network of Customs Universities and publish the World Customs Journal, which is dedicated to international customs matters.
