These Teens Mean Busine$$ Internship engages participants in a summer-long entrepreneurship and employment immersion program. Aspiring teen entrepreneurs gain first-hand experience working alongside local entrepreneurs. Through internships, teens bring their innovative ideas, learned concepts, and new skills to the workplace, while gaining additional experience, skills, and mentoring. The mastered competencies are similar to those identified by the WI Employability Certificate.
