Earning Criteria

Certified Challenger Facilitators have an average of 15+ years of leadership experience and 10+ years of professional facilitation experience. They are required to have demonstrated a high caliber of ethics, leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills that would make them in-demand for client workshops globally.

Individuals who have earned this badge have passed a rigorous, 5-step audition process and completed an intense facilitation bootcamp spread over several days.

Individuals must complete 6-12 months of classroom training and "practice" facilitation

To maintain certification, Certified Challenger Facilitators participate in regular upskilling through a community of practice with their peers at Challenger and are well-versed on the suite of Challenger eLearning programs. They are also contractually committed to achieving industry-leading Net Promoter Scores for their deliveries, captured in our post-workshop surveys.
