Written evidence and two referees detailing real-life examples of the badge holder's change practice in 12 competency areas. Evidence is independently assessed against the Master-level Change Management Institute Change Professional Competency Model and validated via interview. In addition, the badge holder has successfully completed a virtual assessment centre analysing a case study and delivering a presentation.
