Earning Criteria

This two-and-a-half-day, hands-on, skill-based workshop focuses on giving you all the tools you need for Hospice operational excellence with a goal of patient-centered care. Successful completion of the workshop and testing results in your certification as a Certified Hospice Professional Operator© (CHPO©).
CE’s – 18 Nursing Continuing Education credits. Attendees have the opportunity to earn 18 credit hours by attending. Texas Note: As a nationally recognized organization, CHAP’s workshops qualify under the Texas Administrative Codes §558.259 and §558.260 for Initial Educational Training and Continuing Education in Administration of Agencies.
