This course provides an overview of the IT discipline, including historical perspectives, fundamental concepts of computation, and relationships with other computing disciplines. Specific learning includes computer and systems architecture, specific to services and capabilities IT infrastructure solutions provide in organisational context; skills to troubleshoot hardware problems for computers; and an introduction to web development technologies, including basic XHTML and CSS.

SharePoint Development Plan + SharePoint, including: create and share sites; move/copy/share documents; set-up permissions; recover deleted documents; create custom permissions (site and library level); create a library, versioning, filtering, create filtered views, checkout, library settings; overall MS applications.
Report outlining SharePoint as relates to one of three presented scenarios. Report to include visuals (images) of proposed SharePoint.
