This badge acknowledges achievement of skills in community-based research work. Earners of this credential have participated in one or more research projects in their home communities, working in collaboration with a university-based staff member. Earners will have completed on-the-job training and participated in collaborative research work. They will have demonstrated skills in bilingual and intercultural research facilitation, ethical research practice and data collection.
