In this digital badge participants will review, evaluate and apply policies and frameworks that impact language communities, particularly in non-dominant and First Nations language contexts. Participants will consider language policies from international, national, regional and local jurisdictions. Case studies offering insights into particular language environments will be examined, and participants will identify and apply policy areas to their own situations and contexts.
