Fierce Leader Badge

The Fierce Leader program is a voluntary continuation of Fierce Conversations with the purpose of reinforcing learning and embedding Fierce practices throughout CHRISTUS Health. Leaders enrolled in Leader Foundations have the option to enroll in the Fierce Leader program to earn a digital badge designating them as such. Leaders in the program will be placed in small groups led by a Talent Management Consultant to “hold each other able” for implementation of Fierce conversations.
Earning Criteria

Attendance at all Fierce Conversations modules in Leader Foundations.

Participation in monthly small group meetings.

Write 1–2 page reflection paper addressing how the leader has implemented the Four Objectives in his or her leadership role.

Identify three individuals to give feedback to using the Fierce Feedback model.

Have a Fierce Coaching conversation with at least one Associate and write a 1–2-page reflection on how the conversation went.

Complete the Beach Ball Preparation Form for an upcoming meeting and share with attendees.

Prepare a 60-second opening statement and submit to your Talent Management Consultant for feedback.

Complete Decision Tree model based on requirements for team size.
