Our Enterprise Resource Project (ERP) is a system-wide way to make CHRISTUS Associates’ everyday tasks simpler, more efficient, and located all in one place (a platform called Infor). By doing so, Associates can focus on delivering our mission and elevating quality patient care. Infor training sessions were hosted through a variety of methods that included instructor-led classrooms, live virtual webinars, and one-on-one virtual meetings.
