Leader Foundations

All new leaders at CHRISTUS Health are enrolled in Leader Foundations, a 6-month program designed to provide the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to be a successful leader in the organization. Leaders learn not only the operational aspects of their leadership position but also strengthen their skills in retaining and engaging Associates. The entire program is built on the foundation of the mission, vision, and values of CHRISTUS Health.

Earning Criteria

Attendance and participation in three in-person sessions (5 days total).
Completion of HR Fundamentals (1/2 day in-person training).
Completion of Software Day (1/2 day in-person training).
Completion of Introduction to Technology Webinar.
Participation in two group coaching sessions.
Completion of two mission-in-action projects.
