The Patient/Customer Focus Committee was formed to place focus on the Talent Technology & Creative Solutions team and the direct impact they have on patients and customers within the company. As strategists of the committee, the group developed educational materials to shed light on customer connection, as well as created Associate collaboration recognition events. The team met regularly, researched user groups, developed projects, and contributed to improving overall team engagement.
