Participants in the one-year Physician Leadership Development Program are nominated by clinical executive leadership to prepare for future senior leadership roles at CHRISTUS Health. The program guides leaders to develop a more profound understanding of CHRISTUS’ mission, vision, and values; develop increased self-awareness to enhance leadership styles; become more effective at executing the strategy of the system; and gain the skills to engage and motivate teams for maximum results.
