The CHRISTUS Health Qualified Bilingual Staff (QBS) program is a nationally recognized program that qualifies bilingual Associates to interpret for Limited English Proficient patients and their families. Qualified Associates advance our commitment to provide high quality personalized care through their linguistic gifts. The QBS program is two parts: a linguistic assessment as well as an online or in-person Associate training.
