Earning Criteria

Completion of a 17 hour course including instruction on Taste and flavor description, Beer and Spirits, Wine, Nuts and Seeds, Dairy and Gelato, Fruit and Floral, Herbs, Chocolate, chemical, Tea, and Coffee. Participants also completed a course on introduction to Sensory Evaluation
Completion of written examinations in all of the course activities in addition to a practical evaluation of flavor identification
