Designed by/for food service/hospitality leaders at every level, students are immersed in 2 hour intensives once a week for 4 weeks during virtual hands-on coach-approach application. Students assess, explore & challenge their self-identified leadership and coach styles with guidance, feedback & educational instruction through course content, & real-time engagement. This course blends four primary foundational sets of competencies to expand confidence, agility & build reflective coach practices.

Earning Criteria

Students are expected to have 3+ years of work experience in any sector for best outcomes; Commit to and participate in 8 hours of virtual synchronous (live) class time plus up to 8 hours of deadline driven asynchronous activities and homework over a 4 week span of time. Upon demonstration of learned skills, participants attend an achievement celebration and receive recognition of completion and shareable, verifiable Credly badge.
