Earning Criteria

• The recipient of this badge will have participated in basic job readiness in the field of early learning by engaging with qualified early childhood professionals: minimum 3 hours (in the form of training and observation) during the first six months of employment.
• The recipient of this badge will have worked at a site under the supervision of a qualified program supervisor: minimum of 20 hours during the first six months of employment.
• The recipient of this badge will have participated in review/reflection of practices with qualified program supervisor: minimum of 20 hours during the first six months of employment.
