Strategic Project Management Methodologies
Issued by
Clarkson University
This micro-credential will acquaint you with PMI’s PMBOK (PM Body of Knowledge) Guide. We learn how causes of unsuccessful project execution (due to both “technical” and “management” issues) have led to advancements in PM T&Ts (Tools & Techniques) over time, as well as their usage. We explore how T&T “best practices” are determined through postmortem analyses and why good organizations institutionalize postmortems. We will also look at postmortem processes and some case study examples.
