Birding and Wildlife Photography is a self-paced, online course that has been designed for beginning to intermediate birders and wildlife photographers. This course is about enjoying birds, watching, identifying, and photographing them in their natural habitats, understanding the threats they face, and factors that are essential to their survival. In this course, participants are provided with the information, tools, and resources necessary to enjoy birding and wildlife photography.

Completion of a self-paced, online course that contains nine modules of instruction, learning, practice, and instructor feedback. This course introduces participants to both birding and wildlife photography. Participants engage in the course by viewing instructional videos, completing content based knowledge checks, and exploring birding and photography tools and resources. A variety of field trips are offered to allow participants to practice learned skills with support from their instructors.
