Apply knowledge of advanced legal research practices through a series of exams and written assignments obtaining a 70% or higher on all assessments.
Complete readings and discussions in 6 modules. Topics include elements of research, legal research on the internet, primary sources law, Westlaw research queries, and using head notes and annotations to locate mandatory authority.
