Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
The CMA is the flagship program of the CMA ANZ. On completion, participants develop advanced skills of analysis, evaluation, and synthesis in the areas of strategic cost and management accounting and business analysis; and, in the process, obtained an in-depth awareness of the current developments in the profession.

Earning Criteria

Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance, or an MBA, from a recognised university or a Professional Qualification in Accounting

Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in business.

Must maintain CMA membership in good standing and comply with the CPD requirements with no outstanding complaints or disciplinary proceedings
Standards
The CMA has been assessed as equivalent to Level 9 (Masters Degree) under the New Zealand Qualifications Framework (NZQF)
